THE GOAL IS PRETTY SIMPLE

A packed dance floor without making staff nervous.

Students want current music, requests and energy. Staff wants an event that is organized, appropriate and easy to manage. The DJ has to handle both.

Celebrity Productions plans school dances around the school’s music guidelines, student preferences, event schedule and venue. We keep the microphone useful, the music moving and the focus on the students—not the DJ.

SCHOOL EVENTS

Different dance. Same job: keep students involved.

We build the music and setup around the age group, room, attendance and school requirements.

Prom

A polished setup, current music, requests and a dance floor built for the biggest school dance of the year.

Homecoming

High-energy music and lighting for a shorter night where the room needs to get moving quickly.

Winter Formal

A flexible mix of current music, throwbacks and requests with a setup that fits the theme and venue.

Middle School Dances

Age-appropriate music and a DJ who understands that this crowd needs a different approach than a high-school prom.

Graduation Events

Music, announcements and entertainment for senior celebrations, lock-ins and graduation parties.

Other School Events

Pep-rally after-parties, student celebrations, fundraisers and special events can be built around your schedule.

MUSIC POLICY

Current music without the explicit version.

We use clean or radio-edit versions when available and follow the school’s rules for music content.

What we can plan with your staff

Approved music guidelines
Tell us what the school allows and where the line is.

Do-not-play songs or artists
We can flag anything the school does not want used.

Student requests
Requests help us read the room while the school’s rules still come first.

Announcements and timing
We can handle event announcements, special moments and end-of-night instructions.

WHAT THE SCHOOL GETS

More than a playlist and a pair of speakers.

The entertainment should be organized before students walk through the door.

Professional DJ

A DJ who mixes the music, reads the room and keeps the event moving without constant talking.

Sound Sized for the Room

The system is planned around the venue and attendance so the dance floor has impact without unnecessary volume everywhere else.

Dance-Floor Lighting

Lighting adds energy and gives the room the look students expect from a real dance.

Student Requests

Requests can be part of the night while still staying inside the school’s music guidelines.

Staff Coordination

We can work with advisers, administrators and event staff on timing, announcements and special moments.

Backup Equipment

Backup gear is part of how we prepare because a school dance does not have time for a technical failure.

HOW BOOKING WORKS

Four steps and everyone knows the plan.

1 —

Send the Event Details

Give us the date, school, venue, attendance estimate, event times and the type of dance.

2 —

Review Music & Setup

We talk through music rules, requests, room size, lighting and any announcements or special moments.

3 —

Lock In the Details

Once booked, we finalize the event schedule and anything staff or student leadership wants us to know.

4 —

Dance Night

We arrive early, set up, test everything and run the entertainment through the end of the event.

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS

Want more than the DJ setup?

Add only what fits the event, budget and venue.

Photo Booth

Give students a second activity and a way to capture the night away from the dance floor. See photo booth options.

Uplighting

Add color around the room and tie the space into the dance theme or school colors. See uplighting options.

Expanded Lighting

For larger rooms or higher-production dances, ask about additional lighting options.
